NEWH Chapters/Regions and Network of Executive Women in Hospitality, Inc. (NEWH, Inc.) invite you to attend in-person events solely at your own risk. Measures will be taken to comply with applicable health and safety directives, but by attending the event you assume any and all risks associated with your attendance, including without limitation exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

NEWH Photo Release

By registering for this event, I hereby authorize NEWH to publish photographs submitted to NEWH by myself, or photos taken of me at NEWH events, for use in NEWH’s print, online and video-based materials, as well as other NEWH-related publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless NEWH from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in NEWH marketing materials or other NEWH publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release NEWH, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with the use of my photographs.

NEWH Event Attendance

Students 18-21 years of age can attend NEWH events that are designated family events, student mentoring events, or other events where alcohol is not being served. For all other NEWH events, attendees younger than 21 years of age are only permitted/invited to attend event if they are accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.

NEWH, Inc. Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

NEWH, Inc. (The Network of Executive Women in Hospitality, Inc.) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in NEWH, Inc. If NEWH refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation*

Membership cancellations received within 30 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $35 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to NEWH.
All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number (included in receipt).
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Memberships are non-transferable.

These above policies apply to all NEWH, Inc. memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

NEWH Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Chapter

NEWH, Inc and its chapters reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If NEWH, Inc or its chapters cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Sponsor*

Unless specifically stated on sponsorship materials, the policy to receive a refund for your sponsorship is:

  • 30 days prior to the event – no refund
  • within 45 days of event 50% refund
  • within 60 days 75% refund
  • within 120 days full refund

*If a refund is allowed, the refund will be less any applicable service charges.

Registration Cancellation by Participant*

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your event registration is:

  • Programming events: 10 days before the event for full refund
  • Fundraising events: no refund/non-refundable tickets

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

I authorize NEWH, Inc. to use the provided company name, logo, and photos in the POWERtalk LIVE Program, on documents, signage, and advertisements related to the NEWH 2026 Leadership Conference and POWERtalk LIVE Program event and other NEWH promotion. I also understand that by submitting this form, I agree to ensure the payment for the table sponsorship listed will be made. I understand that failure to submit payment as outlined will result in the company’s name/logo being excluded from event material.

SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS: Please submit logo in EPS/vector format to [email protected] upon submitting this agreement for use in event marketing materials. All materials: logo, slides, ad materials, etc. must be received no later than October 1, 2025.

NEWH Leadership Conference Sponsorship 2025

I authorize NEWH, Inc. to use the provided company name, logo, and photos in Leadership Conference Program, on documents, signage, and advertisements related to the NEWH 2025 Leadership Conference event and other NEWH promotion. I also understand that by submitting this form, I agree to ensure the payment for the sponsorship listed above will be made. Payment for sponsorship: $500 deposit or full payment due with signed online Agreement found here: https://newh.org/2025-leadership-conference/sponsorships/, (paid in full by March 31, 2025). I understand that failure to submit payment as outlined will result in the company’s name/logo being excluded from event material. In addition, any payments received by NEWH, Inc. leading up to the event, will be non-refundable.

SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS: Please submit logo in EPS/vector format to [email protected] upon signing this agreement for use in event marketing materials. All materials: logo, slides, ad materials, etc. must be received no later than April 30, 2025. This Agreement and any exhibits and attachments are the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding and replacing any and all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sponsorships are non-refundable

NEWH Leadership Conference Attendee Registration

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received after March 15, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

NEWH Leadership Conference Sponsorship 2026

I authorize NEWH, Inc. to use the provided company name, logo, and photos in Leadership Conference Program, on documents, signage, and advertisements related to the NEWH 2026 Leadership Conference event and other NEWH promotion. I also understand that by submitting this form, I agree to ensure the payment for the sponsorship listed above will be made. Payment for sponsorship: $500 deposit or full payment due with signed online Agreement found here: https://newh.org/2026-leadership-conference/sponsorships/, (paid in full by November 1, 2025). I understand that failure to submit payment as outlined will result in the company’s name/logo being excluded from event material. In addition, any payments received by NEWH, Inc. leading up to the event, will be non-refundable.

SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS: Please submit logo in EPS/vector format to [email protected] upon signing this agreement for use in event marketing materials. All materials: logo, slides, ad materials, etc. must be received no later than December 1, 2025. This Agreement and any exhibits and attachments are the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding and replacing any and all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sponsorships are non-refundable

NEWH Leadership Conference Attendee Registration

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received after January 14, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

NEWH Goods Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from NEWH, Inc. (The Network of Executive Women in Hospitality, Inc.) require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, Returns must be authorized by NEWH, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any NEWH, Inc. product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by NEWH, Inc. partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
