Forms+Surfaces

Forms+Surfaces has a long tradition of growth and evolution. As part of our unwavering commitment to design, performance and innovation we’ve seen many changes over the years: product lines and capabilities have expanded, manufacturing technologies have advanced and material options have improved. Likewise, products and processes no longer relevant to our vision or our customers’ needs have gone by the wayside.

One significant change over the last year involved our company branding. In the recent past Forms+Surfaces products were grouped by individual divisions: DesignForm+, SiteForm+, LightForm+, Hardware+, Surfaces+ and Cornelius+. In early 2003 we consolidated all products under the Forms+Surfaces name and eliminated the division references. You may still encounter product literature with the division designations but please rely on our web site for the most current product and contact information.

A second significant change involved our binder. For some time we’d recognized the inherent limitations of static print literature in a business environment that now operates at an ever-quickening digital speed. We therefore made the decision to discontinue the Forms+Surfaces binder in favor of a medium that would allow us to provide the most up-to-date product information available, 24 hours a day.

Our web site is now our primary resource for product information. Browse through the pages and you’ll find images, technical specs and pricing, project references and more.
