New York, NY (January 10, 2018) – Hospitality Design magazine (HD) is now accepting project and product submissions for its 14th annual HD Awards, the industry’s premier awards competition recognizing innovation in hospitality design. The HD Awards celebrate the best in project and product design in the past year by honoring the owners, designers, architects, and manufacturers behind the impressive, bar-raising creations.
The HD Project Awards has increased its categories to 23, to better represent the industry, including a new Restorations category, an expanded Wellness category, and separate Upscale and Luxury Hotel categories. Also new for 2018, HD is introducing its inaugural Nightlife Awards, spanning 10 categories, to offer a more comprehensive look at bars and nightclubs. The deadline to submit to the Nightlife Awards is February 1, 2018. The deadline for all other entries is March 6, 2018.
Three separate panels of industry experts will judge the entries, and finalists will be announced in the coming months. Nightlife winners will be revealed at Marquee Las Vegas on Monday, March 26th, 2018 during the Nightclub & Bar show and recognized at our ceremony in New York on June 6th at Cipriani 25 Broadway, where HD will announce the winners of the project and product categories. All winners and finalists will be featured in the June issue of HD magazine, and featured on hospitalitydesign.com.
