Job Description:
WoodChic is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Independent Hospitality Agents. As an Independent Hospitality Agent, you will be responsible for representing WoodChic’s cutting-edge flooring line specific to clients within the hospitality segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other hi-end, multi-unit projects.
- Product Presentation: Present WoodChic’s hard surface flooring solutions to potential clients, highlighting the unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs and requirements of each client, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their flooring needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position WoodChic’s products in the marketplace.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while maximizing revenue potential.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or commercial flooring industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
