Currently serving in her 8th year as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Rolling Hills Hospitality overseeing a portfolio of select and full-service branded hotels, Jennifer provides strategic oversight to drive revenue growth, maximize sales opportunities, and enhance ROI for ownership. Jennifer excels in recruiting, training, and coaching professionals at the property level, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals and objectives while fostering a culture of excellence. Additional responsibilities include building franchise brand relationships, hotel branding/agency/interior design management, and oversight of hotel/restaurant social media, websites, and marketing.

The desire to take on more luxury, lifestyle and boutique hospitality projects led her to Harken Interiors, where she excels at detail drawings, creative storytelling and client relationships. Elizabeth is an alumnus of The University of Cincinnati, a recipient of the PAVE Rising Star Award and an active member of NEWH, serving on the leadership team as the Scholarship Chair for the Cincinnati region. She is proud to contribute to NEWH where she is able to pursue her passion for connecting with students and serving as a mentor to up and coming talent in the industry.
