London-based architectural practices showed their cooking skills in the kitchen, coordinated and supervised by the Head Chef Christian Farrelly and his staff.

Each practice was asked to develop their own recipe or the one which can best describe the salient features of their works. The architects chose the individual ingredients and designed the final plates, then revealed to the guests the concept behind the chosen dish and its preparation.
