The NEWH Executive Committee has long enjoyed working with Trudy Craven as a business advisor/consultant, particularly in the area of Strategic Planning.
Earlier this year, we asked Trudy to reach into her repertoire and expand her work with us. For the past few months, Trudy has been taking the NEWH Executive Committee on a journey with a series of one-hour Leadership Lessons. Now, we are asking Trudy to make those Leadership Lessons available to the NEWH Chapter Boards. Obviously, these lessons will benefit the leadership of our Chapters … but more importantly for you, these lessons will expand your leadership professionally and personally.
On December 10, the first Leadership Lesson with Trudy will be offered to the NEWH Chapter Boards. This introductory lesson will begin with a framework for discussing and learning about leadership to serve as a roadmap for all future lessons, and then move to a quick review of the Strategic Planning model – a review for some of you and a first look for others.
Subsequent Leadership Lessons will cover Communications, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Teams, Meetings, Job Descriptions, and other topics as we progress in our learning.
