**Position Summary**

As the Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Light Annex’s sales vision and ensuring excellence. Your leadership will be essential in steering the quoting team, focusing on innovation, coaching, and refining systems to meet the company’s evolving needs, particularly in the quote pipeline and project potential areas. You will work closely with the president of the company to convert opportunities into successful sales.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the company, with a particular emphasis on optimizing the quote pipeline and project potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make necessary adjustments to systems, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and meet the evolving needs of the luxury lighting market.
  • Work closely with the president to follow up on leads, converting opportunities into sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Streamline project processes to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction, maintaining a focus on innovation and craftsmanship.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Drive sales and business development efforts, expanding market share and exploring new opportunities, supported by the coordinated efforts of the quote team.
  • Oversee and optimize the active quote pipeline, consistently updating it to align with key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Monitor and enhance the company’s financial health by regularly assessing KPIs such as revenue, quote pipeline status, bookings, and backlog.
  • Assist in managing financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize profitability, coordinating closely with the import and project management team to align financial goals with project objectives.
  • Represent Light Annex at industry events and conferences to enhance the company’s brand and market positioning.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related executive leadership role.
  • Strong background in the lighting industry with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving project management team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Expertise in streamlining project processes and maintaining timelines.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Experience optimizing quote pipelines, aligning with KPIs for organizational goals and monitoring financial health.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
