Job Description

  • SohoConcept, a modern design furniture manufacturer is looking for a qualified Sales Professional/Representative.
  • The ideal candidate for our immediate position is a creative and enthusiastic sales professional with at least 3 years B2B project level sales experience. Furniture industry background is a plus.
  • The candidate will be responsible for our Sales operations in the Canadian and United States markets overseeing large, long-term residential and commercial projects with high-end clients.

Sales Professional will be responsible for:

  • Targeting dealers and designers/contractors in the Canadian and USA markets via telephone, e-mail and in-person visits
  • Assisting with development of client presentations, schemes and pricing
  • Assisting clients with shipping and logistics inquiries
  • Following the assigned sales script/pitch and presenting the company and products in the best possible manner
  • Assisting clients with design concepts
  • Responding to client requests in a timely manner
  • Follow up calls/e-mails may be required for hesitant clients
  • Occasional travel to trade shows or client showrooms may be required
  • Assisting customers to create their floor plans, keeping track of customer relations and managing overall sales/marketing strategies

The ideal candidate needs to meet the following qualifications to be considered:

  • Must have minimum 3 years work experience in US or Canada
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
  • Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • B2B project level sales experience
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and meet deadlines

Salary: Salary or Commission based
