Lime Tree Hospitality – Remote position

A Denver based company founded in 2009, Lime Tree Hospitality manufactures high quality casegoods and seating to the hospitality industry. Our ownership has a combined 30 years of experience in sourcing and manufacturing custom furnishings, fabrication techniques and project management. Coupled with our executive team which adds 22 years of experience within the design build, interior design, project management and procurement sectors of the hospitality industry.

We are currently looking for a project manager to join our colorful team. Qualifications are listed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Review purchase orders and timelines with the stakeholders and alert all parties of any delays
  • Set timelines with overseas teams and the manufacturing factories
  • Make sure all milestones are completed on time from the stakeholders and manufacturing factories
  • Review shop drawings for all the items noting any discrepancy between the client spec and the shop drawing
  • Review finish samples from our manufacturing factories to make sure the designers intent is captured
  • Follow up with designer for approval on all shop drawings and finish samples
  • Review all Proforma Invoices from our manufacturing factories for accuracy. Follow up with accounting department to make sure payment is issued and received
  • Provide support to our manufacturing factories with any questions they may have. Making sure to update them daily
  • Provide freight quotes for approval to the stakeholders
  • Coordinate shipping with our freight forwarder from our manufacturing factories to the stakeholders final destination
  • Complete required shipping documents and follow up with the freight forwarder to anticipate any delays

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of project management experience
  • Have exceptional people skills and a sense of humor
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and problem solve efficiently
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Be computer savvy and be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be able to juggle multiple tasks and work with diverse personalities
  • Have a passion for furniture or design
