The Sales Support Coordinator is vital at Coscia Contract and works closely with me to provide pre- and post-sales support. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Additional tasks include following up with customers, completing quotes, and processing sales leads into ACT, a CRM database. This position has significant potential for hands-on experience and advancement and will play a critical role in helping the company grow. Potential for a job opportunity after graduation. Base salary based on experience, bonus potential, and commissions.


  • Assist customers in person and via email, telephone
  • Listen, clarify, develop, and express ideas, both verbally and in writing
  • Responding to emails/quoting product
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information to access and fulfill customer needs
  • Ensure that all customers feel that they are a priority
  • Identify, analyze, and solve problems
  • Be resourceful and take initiative in suggesting and executing various solutions for resolution
  • Easily adjust to new and changing situations and business needs
  • Incorporate best practices to ensure efficiency across all tasks
  • Perform with a high level of accuracy and productivity without sacrificing quality
  • Manage time, workflow, and priorities to accomplish goals
  • Adhere to and have a complete understanding of all company policies and procedures
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints
  • Provide education to the customer
  • Generate quotes
  • Monitor customer accounts and report creation
  • Manage correspondence between Matteo and the customers
  • Schedule Sales appointments
  • Prepare presentations
  • Add updated customer information into spreadsheets
  • Prepare and update sales reports
