Bernhardt Hospitality, a division of Bernhardt Furniture Company, a 133-year-old privately held, family operated company, is seeking a company employee sales representative position for our Las Vegas territory. Bernhardt Hospitality develops and manufactures fully custom furniture in addition to a vast portfolio of casegoods, seating and outdoor products.

The specific responsibilities of our Hospitality Sales Representatives include daily sales calls on existing customers in territory. Must present and influence decisions with Bernhardt Hospitality’s custom capabilities and in-line products to architects, designers, end-users, purchasing companies and owner/developers. Additionally, he or she must continually prospect for viable new accounts while developing a key awareness of the industry not only in their specific territory but on a national level. This position will report to Global Director of Sales


  • Provide leadership for Bernhardt Hospitality related to hospitality selling, marketing, and administration activities.
  • Relationship management representing Bernhardt Hospitality for all clients, stakeholders and prospects.
  • Work effectively and cohesively with internal support, including customer service, project managers, sourcing, quoting, finance, and distribution.
  • Achieve sales revenue and growth goals.
  • Business development, research, and profile targets in the Hospitality segment including designers, procurement companies, hotel brands and owner/developers
  • Review associated targets and sales plan with Global Director of Sales and Director of Business Development monthly.
  • Weekly sales results and opportunities report in addition to upcoming key appointments and needs.
  • Work regularly with Global Director of Sales to determine sales and marketing tools needed to be more effective in the field.
  • Research and understand our market share and main competitors in the Hospitality segment.
  • Network in trade associations, events, tradeshows, etc…


  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or extensive related experience is highly preferred
  • Previous work experience in Hospitality FF&E sales with proven successes and accomplishments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to “think outside the box” to offer new ideas, concepts, solutions etc.
  • Driving is an essential function of this position and a current valid driver’s license is required.
