Bahati Collective is a luxury furniture brand serving hospitality and residential trade clients. Based in New York and Johannesburg, South Africa, we launched in the US in April and are looking for dynamic, independent sales reps for the line to help us drive sales and penetrate the US market. As an independent sales representative for Bahati Collective, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential markets such as Hotels and resorts, Wellness/Spas, Sporting venues and Restaurants.

Your role will involve actively engaging customers, covering various territories, and liaising with customer service, operations, and marketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also attend educational workshops and trainings and provide valuable insights into industries, markets, and customers.

To qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a results driven, independent sales representative
  • Established book of clientele in the hospitality and wellness industry
  • Contacts in the residential trade industry advantageous
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and meticulous at recording sales activities
  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot ideally) a must
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite of products and B2B email protocols
  • Expert at closing sales with clients
  • Sales materials and training will be provided

Additional details about this role:

  • 100% commission-based compensation – uncapped earning potential
  • Remote position, however candidates should be local to their home market/based in a city hub
  • Training on our products, marketing support and collateral will be provided
  • Candidate must have the right to work and reside within the USA
