The Northwest Chapter of NEWH invites you to register for Deleted Pages. Deleted Pages is a book club aimed at initiating wider conversations around social & environmental justice in the built environment and hospitality industry. We explore untold stories and the communities where they occurred. We will be diving deep into the social context of the hospitality industry. Over themed curriculum, Deleted Pages explores exceptional stories and forgotten histories.
Our first section will be held in three online sessions on June 16th, June 30th, and July 14th. We will be discussing Notes from a Young Black Chef by Kwame Onwuachi. For this first section, please come having completed reading from the beginning through “The Block”.

Sign up now – Deleted Pages is capped at 15 participants, who will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. But if you’re not successful at first, please keep an eye on this page, there will be additional Deleted Pages Sections in the Fall as well.

Please note, one sign up is for ALL the dates – it’s a series.
