Sculpture and landscape merge in downtown Portland, Oregon\'s tranquil Fountain District. Here, close to Tom McCall Waterfront Park along the Willamette River, the Porter Portland -- part of Hilton\'s upscale Curio Collection -- has opened as an ode to the city\'s lush surroundings. Inspired by both Portland\'s spirit and its abundance of recreational opportunities, the 297-room hotel was conceptualized, designed, and branded by Bethesda, Maryland-based Streetsense.
