Cooper Carry channels history for a resort property in the Catskills
In the late 1960s, the Eldred Preserve opened in New York\'s Catskill Mountains as a hideaway for hunting, fishing, and hiking. During their initials visits to this 3,000-acre site in Highland, in Sullivan County, Keith Simmel and his team at Cooper Carry were captivated by the original building layout.
